• • t • Abū-Muhammad Muslih al-Dīn bin Abdallāh Shīrāzī (: ابومحمد مصلحالدین بن عبدالله شیرازی), better known by his pen-name Saadi ( سعدی Saʿdī( ())), also known as Saadi of Shiraz ( سعدی شیرازی Saadi Shirazi), was a major and literary of the medieval period.
