Removed the small bolt that holds the unloader to the back side of the switch. Note: You have to be careful when removing the unloader.

There is a rubber o-ring type seal that comes out when you remove the unloader. Mine fell out on the floor and I couldn't tell which way the seal goes into the unloader as the seal is different on both ends. If not put in properly it could leak again. Pulled the plastic tube off the unloader. Put the plastic tube back onto the unloader. Installed the rubber o-ring seal. Put the unloader back into the backside of the switch and fastened the small bolt.

The purpose of a pressure switch it to control when your compressor should start or stop building up pressure. This kit includes: installation instructions, pressure switch, two (2) gauges, regulator, safety valve, relief line and hardware. To complete this repair you would need a wrench set, nut driver set and a thread-sealing tape. • Shut off the electricity and drain the air tank • Remove the tank pressure gauge • Remove the pressure switch tube • Remove the pressure regulator assembly • Disconnect the wires • Remove the safety valve • Install the new pressure switch • Reassemble and test the air compressor.
