Changing Your 3CX Key to a New Key: 1) When you Take the Backup of the server, you mustuncheck the option to “Include license key information and FQDN,” as shown below. 2) Once the backup has been completed and you have downloaded the backup to a safe location, you can now simply uninstall the 3CX Server.
3) After the uninstall, it is time to reinstall 3CX and upload your backup file. Once your backup file is loaded, go ahead and click next.
When prompted, you will have to enter your new 3CX key. Then you can continue to proceed with the install.
